During this 1:1 session with one of our doulas, you will explore skills and techniques that can be used during labour. You will learn about a wide range of comfort measures for labour. Your doula will offer tips and ideas for how you can help yourself feel more comfort during labour and birth.

This session is a two-hour 1:1 visit taking place in your home including practical skills for labour and birth.
