Birth Preferences Consultation

One of our Doulas will spend time with you getting to know about the birth you want. They will support you to make informed choices about your birth preferences and how you can discuss these with your care team.

Birth preference consultations take place as two-hour 1:1 sessions with one of our doulas. These can be via Zoom or in person.

During this private consultation, you will have time to talk about any past birth experiences, your current pregnancy and your hopes for the upcoming birth.
