Aquanatal Yoga Classes

Classes are led by Leslie, who did her training with Birthlights. She brings a wealth of expertise in pregnancy and birth from her years of providing doula support, antenatal and hypnobirthing courses, and will help to guide and support you on your pregnancy journey.
