Happy Mama organises events and workshops for mums of babies and toddlers and aims to facilitate an online community to share ideas and support one another. We aim to promote self care, self confidence and a renewed feeling of creativity.

Happy Mama is based in County Antrim, Northern Ireland. Organising coffee mornings with a difference. These byob (bring your own baby) series of workshops and talks are different from the usual mother and toddler groups as the focus is on mum rather than baby. The talks will be on subjects such as mindfulness, style, nutrition and exploration of creativity through things like photography and blogging. There will be time after each talk for refreshments and building friendships with other like minded women.

They also organise one off events in the evenings and weekends for a bit of time off from family life. These events will be all about relaxation, inspiring speakers, food and of course a glass of wine (or two).

The Facebook private members group will be a place for Northern Ireland mamas to share ideas and ask for advice in a friendly supportive community.Conversations will centre on things that make you feel good in body and soul. This isn’t a group about colic and sleep training but rather about how to make time for ourselves and find things that make us happy and content.

Look out for the monthly book club which will have both physical meetings and online discussions.
